Majority of the sessions can last to around an hour and can even take every week, twice a week, monthly or even as frequent as necessary to ensure that you’re on the right track. Before your session, your coach will ask the goals you want to accomplish and discuss how it can be achieved. It’s the responsibility of your life coach to help you and the only way they can do it is if they are open and transparent to you.
